 This is the video that I made while in Ecuador.  It is a short documentary about the making of musical instruments by an indigenous family in the town of Otavalo. I completed the video for my final project, with a related 15 page paper.  I hope you enjoy it, as I put a great deal of time and effort into its production.

I went to see their show yesterday on a whim. They are incredibly friendly people, and all the people playing on the bill were great too.

Drummer is ex-Melt Banana, which is noteworthy I suppose. He has a solo-project called Watchman, which I saw on New Years. That show was also fantastic, though more along the lines of psychedelic, dance, electronic stuff in the vein of Boredoms.
